3. Quotations and Pricing

All quotations issued by JKM TexExport are subject to product availability, confirmation and mutually agreed terms.

• Prices may change without prior notice until order confirmation.
• Quotations remain valid only for the period specified in the quotation document.
• Unless otherwise agreed, prices exclude freight charges, insurance, customs duties, taxes and destination charges.
• Final pricing will depend on product specifications, quantity, packaging, shipping terms and applicable costs.

4. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) requirements apply to export orders unless otherwise agreed in writing.

MOQ may vary depending on product type, customization requirements, colours, packaging and production requirements.

5. Samples

Product samples may be provided based on availability and buyer requirements.

• Sample charges may apply depending on product category and customization.
• Courier and transportation charges may be borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
• Sample approval may be required before commencement of bulk production.

6. Orders and Acceptance

An order shall become binding only after written acceptance by JKM TexExport and confirmation of agreed commercial terms.

• We reserve the right to accept or reject orders at our discretion.
• Production will begin only after completion of agreed requirements including payment terms.
• Changes after order confirmation may be subject to additional costs and approval.

7. Payment Terms

Payment terms shall be mutually agreed between JKM TexExport and the buyer before production or shipment.

Accepted payment methods may include:

• Advance Payment (T/T)
• Letter of Credit (L/C)
• Other mutually agreed payment methods

Production or shipment activities may begin only after receipt of the agreed payment or confirmation of payment arrangements.

8. Production and Delivery

Production timelines and delivery schedules provided by JKM TexExport are estimated based on available information and agreed requirements.

JKM TexExport shall not be responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including supplier delays, shipping delays, customs clearance, government actions, natural disasters, strikes or similar events.

9. Shipment & Delivery Terms

Shipment terms shall be mutually agreed between buyer and JKM TexExport.

Applicable Incoterms® may include:

• EXW (Ex Works)
• FOB (Free On Board)
• CFR (Cost and Freight)
• CIF (Cost, Insurance and Freight)

Risk transfer shall occur according to the agreed Incoterms® and shipment agreement.

10. Inspection and Quality

JKM TexExport follows quality control procedures to ensure products meet agreed specifications.

• Buyers are encouraged to approve samples before bulk production.
• Third-party inspections may be arranged at buyer cost unless otherwise agreed.
• Quality standards shall be based on agreed product specifications and approved samples.

11. Claims

Any claim related to quantity shortage, product damage, manufacturing defects or quality concerns must be submitted in writing within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of goods.

• Claims must include supporting photographs, inspection reports and relevant documentation.
• Claims submitted after the specified period may not be accepted.
• Claims will be reviewed based on agreed specifications, approved samples and commercial terms.

12. Returns

As export products are generally manufactured according to buyer specifications, customized orders and bulk textile shipments are not returnable unless specifically agreed in writing.

Any replacement, correction or resolution shall be handled according to mutually agreed commercial terms.

13. Intellectual Property

All content available on the JKM TexExport website including logos, product photographs, text, graphics, designs, trademarks and other materials are the property of JKM TexExport or respective owners.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

JKM TexExport shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, including loss of profit, business opportunities or commercial losses.

The maximum liability of JKM TexExport, where applicable, shall not exceed the invoice value of the affected goods.

15. Force Majeure

JKM TexExport shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control.

Such events may include:

• Natural disasters
• War or political situations
• Government restrictions
• Transportation disruptions
• Pandemics or health emergencies
• Labour disputes or strikes
